Shortly after completing a major remodel in 2019, these clients fell in love with their dream view lot in Camas. They approached us with a vision for a true legacy property without compromise. The planning phase brought close collaboration with the architect to refine the design, align priorities, and solve the complexities that come with building on a hillside site. The result was a carefully composed estate: a beautifully appointed 7,000-square-foot main home, a guest home, and a 2,000-square-foot dream gym and wellness "barn.” Every structure was planned to feel cohesive on the property, intentional in layout, refined in detail, and built to support the way these successful entrepreneurs do life with their family.
