About Renew Design + Build
Renew Design + Build is a boutique design and construction company serving Southwest Washington. Founded as a renovation-focused firm in 2013, the company has expanded over the last decade to include detailed new construction projects. Josh Holmgren and Josh Kulla now operate the company with a team focused on design, project management, and carpentry.
The founders and executives we build for have high standards and expect the same level of professionalism from their builder that they seek in their own work. Renew guides these clients through the process with industry-leading planning, a tight-knit team of seasoned pros, and a calm, organized build from start to finish.

Josh H. has had a front row seat to poorly executed projects in the past and is on a mission to create SW Washington's premier build experience.

Kyle works closely with clients to make the decisions around the structural, mechanical and thermal parts of the build. These choices directly impact the budget and lived comfort level of every project, so he guides discussions with clients and designers to ensure the selections are right.
