High Performance home, Camas, WA

This hillside custom home design centers on a single-level plan under a raised clerestory roofline, pulling daylight deep into the vaulted great room and opening a wall of glass to the deck and views of Mt. Hood beyond. Behind the finishes, the real story is performance. The entire home is wrapped in an upgraded, continuous blanket of insulation, and polished concrete floors carry hydronic radiant heat throughout. The result is a quiet, efficient, evenly warm home that settles naturally into its site and will perform efficiently for decades to come.
