Renew operates as a single point of accountability for both design and construction. The team of 12 includes in-house design, project management, field leadership, and carpentry. Founded in 2013, the firm is led by Josh Holmgren (President) and Joshua Kulla (CEO).

Services include custom home construction, whole home renovations, kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, home additions, outdoor living spaces, and detached structures such as shops, garages, barns, ADUs, and studios.

Service area: Clark County and Cowlitz County in Southwest Washington, including Vancouver, Camas, Ridgefield, Battle Ground, Washougal, La Center, Brush Prairie, Kalama, and Woodland.
